[wirelesstoronto-discuss] Fwd: [isf-vol] ZAP Québec reçoit du financement

$170,000 for the deployment of 200 hotspots in Quebec City by the end of the
year... (up from 84 now).

They're not paying for connectivity: each venue must share their existing
net connection, and pay the $50 annual fee ($200 for institutions and large
public venues).  The money is just for operations... seed funding,
essentially, since once they hit 200 hotspots the network will be
financially self-sustaining.

The money came from 4 different sources.
