Hi all,

First of all, I wanted to thank everyone who came out to the spring  
volunteer meetup last week.

I was pleased to see the familiar faces and new ones. Somehow we  
jammed everyone into that small meeting room and accomplished more  
than we could have hoped for.

In the next couple weeks we will be announcing some projects on this  
mail list that came out of the volunteer sessions.

please keep an eye out for the areas that interest you and contact the  
project leader indicated on each project announcement.

some upcoming projects will include:
-venue sprint.
-WT 3rd yr anniversary event.
-local content portal design/build.
-sponsorship/funding campaign.
-mesh testing and research.

we also have openings for volunteers to lead or assist with managing  
some of these initiatives. please shout out on the list if you have  
time and interest to get involved.

I look forward to seeing you all again soon and a fantastic year for  
WirelessToronto and community wifi overall.
