Hi Jason.

I do not see the actual declaration of white space as public domain in
the attached PDF you sent.

The CRTC seems to be mimicking FCC efforts. What are the exact public
domain frequencies? In the states only a few slivers of 700 MHZ
were/are available in contrast to the bottom end of 45 - 650+ MHZ
spectrum which is also opening up

I wonder what the specific frequency allocation will be up here in Canada?
