I can help with the end-user and venue support. Hopefully it can be  
mostly addressed by email, phone, or a shell account as my days don't  
necessarily provide the flexibility to get to a venue from 9-5.

What's involved in a temp, or better yet ongoing and shared, hand-off?  
Redirecting the email to michael at wirelesstoronto.ca and pointing the  
vmail alerts there too? Is there a standard set of replies that are  
used for speed and consistency?
