Hi Alex --
Yeah; the modem uses PPPoE, so plugging your computer straight into it won't
work -- but plugging into the Linksys would.  It doesn't look like the
Linksys made it online successfully, though (it would've checked in to the
auth server).

Maybe we could plug the roach coach in to get it back online for now?  (Mo
has it.)
